When we are hurting, it is tempting to isolate ourselves from others and from our whole selves. However, humans are holistic and interconnected beings. To pursue healing, we must acknowledge all parts of ourselves, from emotional intelligence, bodily awareness and movement, our relationships, and everything in between. Holistic approaches also teach us that our mind and body are incredibly intertwined, which is why I consider not only the struggles of the mind, but also how our struggles may be rooted in the body.

As we work together, we can look into the depths of where you came from to draw attention to where you find yourself today. This includes exploring personality, family dynamics, past relationships, and how all things inform how you participate in the world today.

This process requires deep honesty through self-compassion, bravery, vulnerability, and authenticity. But once we are able to be honest with ourselves, our story, and our needs, we will be able to show up more authentically in our relationships and the world around us. In working together, we will explore these parts of you in a safe, peaceful, connected space. My hope is that as you leave the counseling room, you feel comforted, challenged, encouraged, and more whole.

With a background in exercise science, a life’s pursuit of my own holistic healing, and experience as a fitness instructor, I am passionate about approaching health holistically. From a physiological, psychological, and experiential perspective, I have found such freedom in approaching health from all angles of the mind, body and spirit.  My personal experience drives my passion to walk alongside others as they discover their own version of health. It’s an honor to encourage, celebrate, and challenge you on this journey to wholeness!
