Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, whether you are coming in on your own or with a partner. My goal is to create a space where you can show up honestly without judgment, pressure, or the expectation that you need to have everything figured out.

My name is Jordan, and our time together in therapy will be collaborative, honest, and centered around what matters most to you. Change looks different for everyone, and “right” and “wrong” do not live here. Instead, we may reflect on questions like: Is this working for you? Is this helping you feel connected, fulfilled, or understood? Is something that once helped you cope, communicate, or protect yourself no longer serving you in the way you want or need?

I work with adolescents, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, family dynamics, self-esteem, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and communication challenges. In sessions, we may unpack recent experiences, identify patterns, explore where certain reactions come from, strengthen communication, or build new ways of responding to yourself and the people you care about.

I do not believe in fitting you into one specific therapy model. Instead, I pull from multiple approaches and tailor the work to you, your goals, and what feels most helpful.

My work is trauma-informed, person-centered, and collaborative, and may incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, attachment-based work, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). In couples work, I also incorporate Gottman-informed tools around communication, conflict, friendship, and connection while keeping the process flexible and responsive to your relationship.

My hope is that therapy helps you understand yourself and your relationships more deeply, make choices that feel more aligned with what matters to you, and move forward in life with greater confidence, connection, and self-compassion. There will be highs, lows, and plenty of moments in between, but together we can learn how to ride the waves, make sense of what comes up, and build trust in your ability to move through what comes next.

If you are even considering taking this step to show up for yourself in such a meaningful way, I hope you recognize the strength already present in that choice. Sometimes growth begins before the first session ever starts. If my approach feels like a good fit for you, I would be honored to meet you where you are and walk alongside you as that strength continues to grow.
