I am deeply passionate about creating a space where you feel truly safe to explore who you are and what you’ve been through, without fear of judgment. I understand that our greatest strengths are often tied to the parts of ourselves we may feel hold us back. But I believe that those very parts—those vulnerable places we might shy away from—are where our true strength lies. You don’t have to compromise who you are to grow; instead, we can work together to embrace the strengths you already possess while gently transforming your relationship to the parts of yourself that might be keeping you from living the life you want.

My approach to therapy is rooted in curiosity and compassion. I believe that with the right tools, perspective, and support, all forms of change are possible. Therapy is for everyone—whether you are in survival mode, moving toward living, or hoping to thrive.

With me, you can expect to feel supported, heard, and empowered. Together, we will build an authentic connection where you can explore your thoughts and emotions, reflect on past experiences, and take actionable steps toward living in alignment with your values.

My experiences and professional journey have shaped me into the clinician I am today, allowing me to meet clients where they are with empathy and understanding. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with individuals ranging from ages 8 to 70, both in private practice and university counseling settings. I’m committed to helping you cultivate a space where you can be curious about your story, creative in your healing, and empowered to take the steps toward the life you want to live.

I am an inclusive provider, creating a non-judgmental space for individuals of all identities, backgrounds, and beliefs systems. I am committed to supporting you on your unique journey.
