Counseling can feel like a big step, especially when life feels overwhelming, heavy, or stuck. You may feel emotionally drained, stretched too thin, or unsure of yourself after spending so much time caring for everything and everyone else. This is often true for healthcare workers and caregivers, who give so much of themselves without a space to process their own experiences. You may also be carrying grief or loss, whether from the death of a loved one or from changes that have quietly reshaped your life. Sessions are meant to feel like a steady, supportive place where you do not have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or have it all figured out. As a Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist (CAGCS), I approach grief with care, patience, and respect for your unique experience.

Working together is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in warmth. I show up present and genuine, creating a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings.

Sessions focus on slowing down, understanding patterns that contribute to burnout or emotional overload, and gently building tools to make life feel more manageable. My work emphasizes mindfulness and self-compassion while exploring new ways to respond to stress, relationships, and internal pressure.

Sessions are conversational and reflective, with room to pause, check in, and focus on what matters most. If you are navigating grief or loss, sessions provide a steady place to process emotions at your own pace. My goal is to help you build self-trust, establish clearer boundaries, and gain confidence in caring for yourself, leaving you feeling grounded, connected, and empowered.

Outside of work, you can find me exploring new recipes, hiking with my partner and our dog, watching reality TV, going out dancing, calling my sisters, and planning coffee dates with friends.
